Where appropriate, DGMR can also carry out quality inspections during the manufacturing and installation. This begins with the prototype approval for wind/water proofing. At this stage, detailed plans are formulated in terms of how the façade is constructed. On the basis of our findings, we can monitor the quality of the manufacturing and installation. As it is not always practical to test the joints in the construction in advance, we have developed equipment to test the wind/water proofing of the façade in situ. Our experienced, hands-on staff can inspect every detail of the installation on site. In doing this, the foreman can be instructed to ensure that what we point out becomes part of daily practice.
