Dutch Environmental Management Act permit applications
Proper environmental permits are essential business tools. DGMR advises on meeting all points of legislation, and on updating permits. Our consultants support companies when applying for permits and administering those already granted in the context of the Dutch Environmental Management Act and the Dutch Surface Water (Pollution) Act. We can supervise the whole process of applying for a permit or even take the paperwork off your hands completely. We at DGMR can also co-ordinate research, providing supplementary research where necessary, into related areas of the environment (noise pollution, vibrations, safety outside the building, fire safety, odours and materials) plus we can take a critical look at any decisions handed down (be they draft or final).
