Outdoor safety
DGMR investigates outdoor safety aspects with respect to that part of the environmental permit that concerns acceptance and management of risks. Processes involving hazardous substances may constitute a risk in the event of accidents, even outside the premises and away from the selected route for the transport of hazardous substances. The competent authority requires that these risks are assessed or quantified in the form of a Site-Hazard ( Plaatsgebonden Risico or PR ) and Group Hazard ( Groepsrisico or GR ).
